Physical product orders can be canceled no more than 24 hours after an order has been placed for a full refund. Once the order has been processed no refunds will be issued.
No refunds on all digital downloads (Software, Files)

All laptops ship with 30 day warranty that covers: Batteries, charger, power issues, screen issues, other hardware related issues. It does not cover cosmetic, physical damage done by the user, neglect, or improper use. Extended warranty can be purchased separately for an additional 1 or 2 years. Extended warranty needs to be added to your laptop purchase at the time of ordering to be considered valid. Any repairs/replacements done outside of warranty will incur a $300 service charge which covers the service and shipping one way. All costs of return shipping to us is responsibility of the buyer.
Software includes lifetime warranty which covers relicensing. Only valid on the laptop/drive it was installed and cannot be transferred to another drive/laptop.
